In a few words ...
Pressed as soon as it arrives, the wine is cold-settled and then put into barrel for fermentation. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally on the lees to preserve the wine's full aromatic potential. The wine is aged for around 9 months before being blended and bottled.

Its color is a pale straw yellow

Its aromas are mineral. Notes of ginger and anise give it a certain personality. The nose begins with vanilla scents, mixed with citrus.
