François Mikulski is a child of Meursault. He learned about wine from his uncle pierre boillot before taking over the domaine in 1991. He is part of the renewal of a contemporary burgundy that focuses on quality and freshness. This process involves working the vines according to the principles of organic farming, but without the constraints of certification. Working in an organic spirit, with natural vinification and subtle, perfectly controlled ageing (very little new wood), this domaine is much appreciated by wine lovers, and its wines are sought after all over the world. The vineyard comprises four Premier Cru parcels (Les Genevrières, Les Charmes, Le Poruzot and Les Goutte d'Or). Great attention is paid to the vines, which are worked in an environmentally-friendly manner. Aging lasts between 16 and 18 months in barrels, with the proportion of new barrels rarely exceeding 20%. The entire range is of the highest quality, offering depth, complexity and finesse. The vines that make up this Pommard are on average 25 years old. Annual production is around 1,700 bottles. The grape varieties are 100%
