In a few words ...
Ruby-red in color. The nose is dominated by aromas of wild berries and raspberries. On the palate, it's well-balanced, fruity and sweet, with a dry, harmonious finish. The vines are pergola-grown, as is traditional in the Veneto region. The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, then the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. In the next stage, the wine is clarified and filtered before being poured into steel vats for aging. La cantina di soave was founded in 1898 and is now one of Italy's most prestigious wine producers. The company's more than 6,000 hectares of vineyards now stretch from Lake Garda through the soave region to the hills of Valpolicella. Thanks to the continuous development of the cultivation processes and cellar techniques used, cantina di soave always strives to obtain the maximum quality and expressiveness from the grape varieties grown.
