A fine, elegant red wine from the terroirs of Coursan (Aude). Its cherry-red color reveals a delicious nose of red fruits, redcurrants and fresh figs. Fresh on the palate, with delicate tannins and a subtle finish reminiscent of garrigue. Aged in concrete vats, it should be enjoyed at 18°C, with 20-30 minutes decanting recommended. Ideal with brandade de morue, ratatouille or leg of lamb with rose... mary. A refined, expressive Pinot Noir, perfect for lovers of finesse and delicate aromas. Read more
