In a few words ...
Made from two parcels, one of which is located on the lower slopes of the Grand Cru Vorbourg with a south-southeast exposure (predominantly marl-limestone soil), and the other on the lower slopes of the Rot Murlé with a northeast exposure (clay-limestone soil). Matured on fine lees in century-old oak tuns for 11 months. Rich aromas of accacia honey, beeswax, banana flowers, rum and rosehip jam - smooth, warm and peppery on the palate, with a fresh finish - flavors of honey, toast, candied citrus and pepper - a very long, soothing wine.
