This cuvée, made from Grenache (65%) and Syrah (35%), is crimson, almost black in color. Black fruit, spice and bitter cocoa make up the first nose, which opens with notes of garrigue and highlights blackberry. Structured yet suave, concentrated and balanced, the palate develops velvety, deep fruit flavors, complemented by sweet spices and dark chocolate. Cellaring potential 15-20 years. Enjoy slightly chilled at 14-16°.
