In a few words ...
Cultivation is integrated and governed by the "Terra Vitis" standard. Yields are 35 hl/ha. Grapes are harvested by hand, with successive sorting of over-ripe grapes of good concentration. Fermentation takes place at low temperature to enhance the expression of natural aromas, and the wine is aged in barrels for 18 months.

The nose is powerful and complex, dominated by aromas of exotic woods, candied fruit and citrus blossom.
