In a few words ...
Quality sparkling wine with very fine bubbles and an aromatic nose. 100% Melon de Bourgogne. Produced from 65-year-old vines with a yield of 50 Hl/Ha. After traditional fermentation, we carry out a second fermentation in the bottle (ageing on laths) with the addition of liqueur containing sugars and yeast to obtain a natural release of CO2.
This Burgundian grape variety has found its vocation by acclimatizing perfectly to the Nantes terroir.
