Deep ruby red. Aromas of ripe red berries and blackberries with a subtle touch of vanilla pods and cocoa beans. Powerful, intense with a fine balance between tannins and subtle sweetness. The vines are located in the foothills of the Seranne massif, Mont Saint Baudille. The terroir is composed of rounded pebbles and clayey limestone. Grapes are vinified by varietal and fermented at controlled temperatures. Blending is then carried out and the cuvée is aged for a year in French oak barrels. fonjoya is a cooperative venture between the two caves st. Saturnin and st. Félix / st.
