This concentrated, fleshy Merlot comes from clay-limestone terroirs at Lieu-Dit Le Pin, in the commune of Anglade. The hilltop location guarantees optimal sunshine and good drainage, and induces moderate summer water stress. The result is a wine of great concentration, marked by its depth and aromatic richness.

Beautiful garnet-red color with violet highlights.
Aroma
The nose is open, elegant and distinguished, subtly blending aromas of ripe fruit (blackcurrant and Morello cherry), licorice and clove, vanilla and toast. vanilla and toast.

Round and suave on the palate, with finesse and balance, built on a smooth, silky tannic structure and an expressive bouquet of fruit enhanced by woody notes. Very good persistence.
