Previously christened "Tradition", our emblematic cuvée now bears an evocative name that transcends Champe- nois habits to represent our approach to the art of winegrowing. Intense and lively, it represents our vision of Champagne blending, between floral fragrances, stone fruit flavors and vegetal notes. It is the origin of Champagne Cuillier, the one created by our ancestors and which will accompany future generations.
Tasting notes
Appearance
Pale yellow with white gold highlights. Good effervescence on pouring, forming a fine, continuous cordon.
Aroma
Fine and complex, with a rather discreet 1st nose blending fruity notes (citrus), then slowly opening up to floral and vegetal notes.

Taste
Well-balanced, combining liveliness and thickness with stone fruit flavors (mirabelle plum, quince). A finish reminiscent of the nose in terms of aromas, with good length.
