The colors Gold and Azure have been heraldic symbols of the bee since antiquity, and its symbolism is particularly rich. Traditionally, it represents vital energy, i.e. the soul. In heraldic symbolism, azure was referred to as the "celestial sapphire color". Gold and azure also symbolize the sun and the Mediterranean, which characterize the terroirs of southern France where these wines are produced. This wine comes from certified organic farming (AB) and Bee Friendly, a label that aims to protect bees and pollinators.
