Tasting notes
Aroma
A very fresh, juicy grape nose, then switches to a basket of fresh strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Notes of dried rose petals mingle with wild cherry and rockrose. We then travel into a more sappy, aniseed-flavored, mentholated universe.
Taste
The tactile palate is greedy with fruit, creamy and salivating. Powdered, refreshing tannins are the signature of schist and its mineral panoply. You can taste the fruit of the rock.
