In a few words ...
The two grape varieties were vinified together, in direct pressing, without grapes. Harvesting by hand, with rigorous sorting to ensure that the grapes are as grapes as possible. The grapes are harvested in crates. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out without settling, giving the wine roundness. We allowed malolactic fermentation to take place and aged the wine for 7 months on lees in stainless steel tanks. Bottled by us, without filtration, keeping the wine's natural carbon dioxide content.
