My selection is a blend of 45 different eaux de vie. Well-ripened and hand-picked from the private cellars of cellar master Richard Braastad. Gentle maturation over many years. Combined with the fruity flavours of the younger elements, the maturity and richness of the older elements give this balance a perfect cognac.
