Located on the heights of the village of Colombe-le-sec, the "Les Fleuriottes" parcel, planted exclusively with Pinot Noir, has been selected for its optimal exposure. A sublime contrast between grace and rigor, this rare, 100% Pinot Noir, zero dosage champagne is entirely vinified in oak barrels. It is a powerful champagne, characterized by notes of red and black fruits. This Blanc de Noirs cuvée will be appreciated by connoisseurs for its vinous side, to be enjoyed like a true champagne wine, a Must Noir!
