Our grapes are gently macerated to gently extract aromas and tannins. Fermentation takes place in vats, followed by ageing in barrels of several vintages to ensure that the wines are not marked. A drop of sulfur is added before bottling to preserve the purity of our wines.

Excellent red Anjou. This estate needs no introduction. Very representative of the region, this light wine goes perfectly with a charcuterie board or even a piece of beef. Cabernet Franc in all its splendor. If you like this grape variety, don't hesitate.
