Dense ruby red with dark reflections in the glass, intense perfume of fruit such as blackcurrant and wild strawberry, accompanied by black cherry and a hint of chocolate. In the foreground, dark berries, delicately underlined by a hint of oak, supported by solid, ripe tannins. Cabernet brings power, Merlot fruitiness, softness and refinement on the finish. The Cabernet Sauvignon harvest takes place quite late, from early April to early May. After a long maceration, 75% of the wine is aged for six months in American oak barrels. The wine is then lightly filtered.
