In a few words ...

Montes Obarenes is a great white wine for ageing, born in the heart of Rioja, made from Tempranillo Blanco and Viura grapes from a single "pago" (locality). Its soils are rich in limestone and belong to the Montes Obarenes (Burgos). The grapes are harvested by hand, then fermented and aged on lees for 12 months (80% in new French oak barrels).
