This wine is made from very old vines (40-50 years old) with a low yield of 30 hl/ha. The harvest is 90% destemmed. Vatting lasts 24 to 28 days, with punching of the cap, to produce full-bodied, highly aromatic wines. Fermentation begins at low temperature to preserve the full aromatic potential of the grapes.

Full-bodied and fleshy on the attack, vigorous, fresh and long-lasting on the mid-palate, this well-composed, powerful cuvée will benefit from a brief cellaring period."
