Appearance
Golden yellow in color, with fine, elegant bubbles.
Aroma
The first nose is very greedy, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit. This is followed by notes of white flowers and more subtle hints of sugared almonds and roasted hazelnuts.

Taste
The attack is both fresh and creamy. The palate is full and greedy. Notes of lemon, brioche and then mineral follow to finish with elegant, persistent citrus aromas.
