Francois mikulski - meursault 2018the domaine françois mikulski is a family estate, created in the 1990s by claude boillot, françois's maternal grandfather. The 8-hectare vineyard is located in meursault, in the côte de beaune sub-region of burgundy. The domaine has been managed by françois and marie-pierre mikulski since 1992. They produce wines from chardonnay and pinot noir, and own parcels in six premier cru vineyards, meursault and volnay.The 2018 meursault is made from different parcels of meursault (meix chavaux, les pelles dessus, chaumes de narvaux, moulin landin, limozin pellans and tillets) which are vinified separately and then blended together. The average age of the Chardonnay vines is 35 years, and they are grown in non-certified organic conditions on a subsoil composed of fine boulis rich in limestone pebbles.cépage : 100% Chardonnay
