françois and marie-pierre mikulski founded their domaine in meursault in 1991. The estate covers around two hectares in the Meursault appellation, with parcels in the Limozin, Moulin Landin, Meix Chavaux, Pelles dessus and Narvaux climats. The winegrowers are keen to preserve the terroir and pay great attention to the work in the vineyard. Compost is produced and spread by them, environmentally-friendly phytosanitary products are used at all times, and total ploughing and biological balance are the main concerns of the estate's vineyard management. All this work brings great purity and complexity to the estate's wines. The Charmes appellation covers 31 hectares in the commune of Meursault. The meursault 1er cru les charmes old vineyard, which the domaine has been cultivating since 1992, is half-sharecropped (50% of the harvest for the owner, 50% of the harvest for the tenant).
