Meshach Shiraz is the flagship of the Grant Burge winery. It comes mainly from the Filsell vineyard near Lyndoch, planted in 1920. The wine is aged mainly in new American and French oak barrels for 20 months. Meshach perfectly reflects both traditional winemaking methods and contemporary practices.
