A supple, generous red wine from the terroirs of Coursan (Aude). Its cherry-red color precedes an expressive nose with aromas of red fruit, garrigue and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, suppleness dominates, with a beautiful aromatic coherence between the nose and the finish. Aged in concrete vats, this wine is best served at 17°C, with 30 to 40 minutes' decanting recommended. Perfect with cod b... randade or leg of lamb with rosemary.
