A pure, classic Cabernet Sauvignon that shows that this terroir could indeed also be known for its great red wines. Note that this wine, made from a Cabernet Sauvignon autoctone that comes from a massal selection, is the fruit of the marriage of Comte Latour, who brought this grape variety from Bordeaux when he married a noble Friulian lady. AGEING after 10 months 75% in vats and 25% in 225-l oak barrels (70%) or 500-l barrels (30%), the wine is aged for 6 months in vats, where it is prepared for bottling.
