Madeira is the signature expression of Penderyn's style and maturation expertise. Distilled in the famous Faraday bespoke stills, it is first aged in bourbon casks before finishing its maturation in Madeira casks, which give it a generous taste and subtle complexity. Its profile is fresh, fruity and highly aromatic. Nestled close to the Brecon Beacons National Park, Penderyn brings together a unique distillation technique and a very special art of maturation, the fruit of Dr Jim Swan's expertise. Since 2018, master distiller Aista Phillips has carried on Dr. Swan's legacy and the gentle, subtle style of Penderyn single malts.

Taste
Round and fruity on the palate, sweetness balances delicious dryness with aromas of vanilla and salted butter caramel. Pleasant tropical fruit, spice and ripe fruit (pear, peach) finish.
