Mas Baux is located just a stone's throw from the sea between Perpignan and Canet-en-Roussillon. The estate extends over 20 hectares, including 12 hectares of vines, bordered by garrigues, around a restored old Catalan farmhouse. Mas Baux is located on a superb Quaternary terrace terroir on a site several thousand years old, on the edge of the ancient via domitia. Founded at the end of the eighteenth century, serge and marie-pierre baux took over the estate in 1997. serge, enthusiastic and passionate, restructured the vineyard and cellar, creating an underground cellar where he keeps the wine bottled in its entirety. Year after year, the certified organic Mas Baux continues to develop, producing wines in harmony with the terroir, thanks to cultivation and ageing methods in which respect for nature and quality are the watchwords.
