In a few words ...
Spicy & Mineral. At Château Les Valentines, we've always focused on producing great Provence reds. The diversity of grape varieties vinified and the strength of the terroir result in complex reds, with full body and an aromatic palette dominated by spices. On the coastal edge of the Côtes de Provence appellation, the very special climate (sun, mistral and influence of the sea) means that each year's vintages are very regular, and over the years they have learned to make an exceptional terroir speak for itself.
