domaine rousselin was founded by laurence and pascal in 1995. Today, it owns 10 hectares of vines located in lesquerde, in the heart of the fenouillèdes, in the roussillon region, at an altitude of 350 m on a schist and granite terroir. The vines are cultivated using organic methods, with a move towards natural wine production to preserve the life and richness of the soil. Vinification in micro-vats is as natural as possible, and represents the values that the winemaking couple wish to establish.
