Domaine BrussetEstimated delivery between 24 and Dec 27,
This AOC Gigondas red wine is a blend of 55% Grenache, 25% Mourvèdre and 20% Syrah. The vines, planted in terraces, have evolved on a stony-clay terroir beneath the great Jurassic limestone bar of the Dentelles de Montmirail. After hand-picking and selective sorting, the grapes were crushed and destemmed, and underwent a separate 21-day cuvaison. The wine is then aged in oak barrels.
