"Les Galets" is part of Jean-Luc Baldès' Trilogie parcellaire. 100% Malbec, meticulous vineyard work to preserve the soil. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
"Rather than blend different cuvées together to create a stereotyped wine from scratch, I have decided, since the 2007 vintage, to work separately with vintages from different selected plots. My aim is to present wines that faithfully reflect the history of the vine, according to soil, climate, exposure and ecosystem. My approach is simply to return to the fundamentals, those that make up the true craft of winemaking."
