In a few words ...

Les Christins is a cuvée made from plots of land managed by the Beaucastel team. Fermentation lasts 1 month, with 50% in vats and the other 50% in tuns. Blending takes place after malolactic fermentation. The Perrin family applies the same high standards to each of its cuvées.

Almost black in color with violet highlights.

Spectacular, very complex, intense, deep roots, gentian, licorice stick, cypress, peppery rose.
