The second wine of Château Bouscaut, Les Chênes de Bouscaut is produced in two colors: white and red. Both are made from the same grape varieties as the Grand Vin. Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon for the white wines. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for the reds. For the latter, vinification is classic, with aging in oak barrels for 12 months. The white wines are vinified in barrels with regular stirring of the lees. Both have the Pessac-Léognan appellation.
Rond, gras, bien équilibré et délicatement bouqueté, ce second vin est d'une belle tenue.
