The gauby estate is located 20 km north-west of perpignan, and extends over some 85 hectares, including 45 hectares of vines up to 120 years old, and a further 40 hectares of meadows, oak forests and garrigues of incredible and unique aromatic complexity. The environment is still very unspoilt, wild, arid, steep and hilly (up to 300 meters altitude). Since his beginnings in the mid-80s, Gerard Gauby, a winemaker of the highest standards, has been in search of perfectly balanced Mediterranean wines. These reds and whites have a slender, incredibly digestible style that enchants with its freshness.
