Assembly : 82% cabernet sauvignon - 10% merlot - 8% cabernet franc. vinification : manual harvest. Traditional cultivation. Traditional Médoc vinification in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Wines are aged in oak barrels for 16 to 20 months. TASTING : A beautiful, deep ruby color. A racy, complex nose with hints of blackcurrant and cedar wood. Powerful, tight and rich on the palate, with a slightly strict side in the style of the great Pauillac wines. It's accessible in its youth, but it's usually after twenty years or so that it expresses its full potential.
Appearance
Dense, dark garnet color, drawing on purple in its youth.
Aroma
The nose reveals notes of violet and empyreumatic like wood, roasting, vanilla ... In aging, the wine will reveal very high quality game or truffle aromas.
