It has a lovely pale yellow color and a typical bouquet of boxwood, asparagus and lemon. On the palate, notes of citrus fruit, grapefruit and candied zest. This bright wine is ideal as an aperitif, with grilled tapas, seafood and a platter of goat's cheese.
