Le Relais de Patache d'Aux takes its name from the "relais de poste" that the estate became during the French Revolution. It was here that the horses of the "diligences", better known in the Médoc as "Pataches", were changed. This wine is made from a selection of plots in the Château Patache d'Aux vineyard.
