It is part of the range of wines that the vic family has been producing for 5 generations on a 250-hectare estate. the characteristics of this terroir made of gravel and basalt is one of the best in the languedoc allowing the vines an ideal development giving quality grapes for red, rosé and white wine.
the wine:this extraordinary wine is made from grenache, cinsault and merlot. it's the ideal companion for summer meals, as it's greedy and generous on the palate.
Ageing and food pairing:it should be enjoyed within the first 2 to 3 years after production. With its refreshing character, it goes perfectly with charcuterie and summer salads. Poultry and white meats also go well with this wine. Alternatively, you can also serve it with light-bodied cheeses.
