Cuvée "Le Midi" is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 20% Syrah. The wine is aged for 12 months in barrels. A rich, structured wine with good ageing potential.

The nose is fruity and spicy: cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant buds for the fruity aromas, peppery and saffrony for the spiciness. Notes of vanilla and toast.
