Its spirit of resistance is that of its dominant grape variety, which fights against the winds sweeping the region and the maquis, where the words courage and patience are whispered.Carignan offers a fresh wine with spicy notes and the richness of its terroir. Grenache brings aromas of red fruits. Selection of old Carignans in goblets on the estate's emblematic terroir. Long vinification with 20 days in vats, followed by several months' ageing in concrete tanks. Delicate, slow cellar work with repeated small pump-overs to gently extract the silkiest aromas and tannins.
