"In winter, on the nights of the full moon, if you take the Hortus valley, you can hear the howling of the Pic du Loup. A giant wolf scouring the region, scaring peasants away from their vines. A fairy godmother, fed up with the lack of good wine on the table, turned the wolf into stone and made him the guardian of the surrounding vineyards. The winegrowers returned to their vineyards under the protection of the Pic Saint Loup. This cuvée is in memory of my grandmother Angèle, who used to tell me legends in the evenings by the log fire.
