15/20 Bettane & Dessauve 2016. The enlarged and reorganized vineyard is superb, the winemaker competent, and the owner passionate about revitalizing his heritage. Pressing then fermentation in vats at low temperature to preserve aromas. Fermentation is stopped when the desired balance between sugar and alcohol is reached. Aged on lees.
