Paired with characterful red meats and cheeses, I recently enjoyed tasting "Le Belvédère" ( cuvée 2018) from the Château EYQUEM terroir. The nose of this young wine was already complex; and after a supple attack, the palate was generous, with light tannins. This was truly a wonderful discovery.
