Las Mercedes Singular Semillon is a unique wine created from the harvest of the only "Batuco" site, located in the Maule valley, where vines have been growing for over 70 years. The local sandy-clay soils give the grapes and the wine a high aromatic intensity. An extremely small crop is harvested and, after fermentation, the wine is aged for some time on lees.

Appearance
The wine is straw-gold in color.
Aroma
A nose of refreshing, elegant aromas is woven with notes of peach, nectarine, lemon, minerals and wild flowers.
Taste
On the palate, it is round and soft with fruity, mineral tones and pleasant acidity in a dry, crisp finish.
