The "Corvées" parcel faces east, south-east and therefore benefits from excellent exposure in the Ladoix-Serrigny commune. It produces an intense, racy wine. Bright ruby color. Open nose of lovely cherry fruit enhanced by well-integrated oak. Gourmet palate with fine, mellow tannins, free from harshness. This 2018 is superb! 100% pinot noir. Parcelle des corvées, clay-limestone soil. Only 9500 bottles per year. Aged for 12 months (25% in 1-wine barrels).
