Second wine of the Grand-Puy Lacosete estate, this wine is produced from the youngest vines in the vineyard. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc are used in the blend. This Pauillac appellation wine is aged in oak barrels. It is an elegant, fruity wine. On tasting, Lacoste-Borie has well-rounded tannins. On the palate, it offers a light crème de cassis flavor.
