La Violette is a wine made from old vines on the limestone plateau, with 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. This wine is then vinified in 1-, 2- and 3-wine French oak barrels for 12 months. This wine offers greater complexity, power and a silkier mouthfeel.
