Dark purple with purplish highlights.
Aroma
The nose is expressive, with a very "brut de cuve" feel: blackberry and crushed raspberry, milky notes and spices, with a touch of iron reminiscent of Papillon d'Orphée (100% Fer Servadou).
Taste
The palate is round, fleshy, full of fruit, with a velvety, juicy texture, and always that ferrous, but also saline sensation.
