In a few words ...
La Touge is a blend of Syrah and Grenache. This wine comes from a 20-hectare parcel of clay-limestone soil in the CRU LA LIVINIERE appellation. Using biodynamic methods, we work naturally, with the minimum of intervention, to let the terroir express itself in our wines. Aged for 16 months in eggs and concrete vats.

Simply perfect: aromatic and powerful. Beautiful fruity and smoky notes, good length. Excellent value for money. Ideal to accompany a fine butcher's cut.
